Flashlights using the same housing as the Daimon microphone were also sold around the same time.

Translation of the label inside of the original box:

"The DAIMON microphone is powered by a DAIMON 4.5 volt standard battery No. 215. Always press the side contact button while speaking into the microphone; it will automatically spring back when released to avoid accidental electrical discharges. To extend the connecting cable, use well-insulated cables (pendulum stranded wire, rubber cable) as used for high-voltage lines, depending on local conditions. Important! Never open the microphone connected to the radio while in use. Protect the microphone from moisture."
