Technical Description:
This rare Tannoy microphone is a variant of the MR 425 model, and uses the same ribbon motor and transformer inside.
These microphones were seen in use at the Underwater Conference in London 18 October in 1962, where Lord Admiral Mountbatten was pictured speaking into one.
