The Shaftesbury microphone was made at the Dulci Works, located at 97-99 Villiers Road, London NW2. This was also the premises of the DULCI Radio company during the 1950s. The company also manufactured microphones under their own brand, such as this WE-23 carbon microphone.

The Museum of Technology (UK) has a Shaftesbury microphone in its collection.
