The Lafayette PA-42 has an elegant body made of moulded thermoplastic with two-tone colour scheme, beige at the rear and metallic green at the front. The capsule inside the microphone is made by the Brush Development Company and is covered by patents in the USA, Britain and Canada. The PA-42 is suitable for use as a harmonica microphone
